The ability to report to the credit bureaus is an option provided with both our Aggressive Collect and Instant Collect packages. By reporting delinquent debt to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion you are taking upon a serious an aggressive act that should be carefully considered.
When debt is reported to the credit bureaus the negative impact on the debtor's credit profile may affect them for seven years or possibly more. Many times when the initial debt collection letters are ignored the debtor will contact you immediately when they discover the debt on their credit report.
Credit bureau reporting is an option available only when the debt is first placed with OldDebts.com. Credit bureau reporting cannot be added at a later date.

Any account submitted through OldDebts.com for credit bureau reporting must comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Partial, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you may result in incomplete or inaccurate data being provided to the major credit bureaus. You will be charged for the purchase of any credit bureau reporting regardless of the results. Accounts with credit bureau reporting will be initially reported on the first of the month after the account has been with OldDebts.com for a minimum of 60 days.
